This is why this investment has been, and will continue to be, an epic value trap.

We have a bean-counter owner who has no concept of the time value of money, opportunity cost, inflation, and that your Return On Investment includes a time component to it.   He will wait another decade to avoid "leaving money on the table", not a single nickel.  He could have easily had $2 in 2011 but will tell you one day that he is a hero, telling you "I told you I would not leave money on the table"... for getting us something like $2.05 in 2030.
