Allow me to clarify that I'm not accusing management of doing nothing. What I'm saying is that there have been years of work programs, some of them incomplete, that have done diddly squat to attract an acceptable offer for any of the properties.
There was a Schaft Creek preliminary economic assessment. It failed to catch the market's attention.
There has been an abundance of desktop studies. Big deal.
There have been companies hired for promotional campaigns and attendance at numerous trade shows. And what has that done for the share price? Not a whole helluva lot.
Maybe I'm missing some other efforts. But what I'm not missing is that CUU shares can be purchased for a measly quarter today. And after nearly a dozen years as an investor, that's nothing short of pathetic.
