Unfortunately our votes mean little. Yes it shows our disgust but what can we do?

unless we're prepared to collectively hire a lawyer and get a board seat it's all about Ernesto. 

I assume mgmt is responsible to represent all shareholders? But if you have one guy who overrules us all can anything be done?

any lawyers here?
