Either we have a dud or the promotion is a dud. CF says there is lots of interest in VD but I don't think a bunch of tire kickers count. 

I don't know how it is suppose to work with the mining industry but should not Elmer and Colin put on a fancy suit and start knocking on doors? Choose who would most likely want the deposit and have the money to pay for it.
