Someone bought 128k shares at the ask with the same time stamp. It included 16,500 shares @ 29 cents out of the 100k share block with an ask of 29 cents. Bids are building with a lot of movement in both bid and ask for this stock. Market is jockeying around to see if there's any substance to this move.
