As far as I have always understood from Elmer, the moment of production is not decisive, but whether CF can still add value to their 25% SC share in the relatively short term.  With the upcoming drilling program (start beginning of June?) they expect to be able to add a lot of value to the current valuation.  If after this program it appears not much more value can be added in the relatively short term, they will sell SC.  They will simply sell to Teck through negotiation or if the going gets tough by using the ROFO.  That's how I understood it.
