Isn't today the 10th anniversary of the, dated May 2012, Schaft Creek Bankable Feasibility Study?  That was itself years late and then only divulged to the public in February 2013?  And after all that time we're casually talking these days about PEAs and mirages of a pre-fs decision?  We're more than just a few years behind schedule...
