There was a production decision bonus for NovaGold's Galore, but they wisely had a time restriction...Produciton decision bonus is paid if a decision wasn't made in five years.  Which, if memory serves, timed out and the bonus was paid.  I would approach Teck on that basis.  They had no problem paying the production decision bonus to NG in order to control the timelines Teck wanted.  Ernesto should get on his knees and plead for something like that...

That...or...grow a pair and threaten litigation for an operator not acting in good faith in a joint venture that was supposed to be in the spirit of the Salazar Agreement.  You know the one that we fully satisfied but then decided to give up all of our earned protections (from hostile Jr starvation strategies) for virtually nothing in return.
