I believe EE / ES have a rough number of what they want to sell SC for.  That "fair value" figure is probably known to Teck as well.  How much more will it take for CUU willing to sell the rest of their assets to Teck and sell the entire company?

 

Teck will then own another group of project satellite copper projects.
