I am of the opinion that the "marketing strategy" was not to increase the share price but to keep the price that is already in the toilet from being flushed. Like before. That's what happens when instead of doing the work you said you were going to do, you hire someone else to tell everyone how good you are and rehash old "so called" news. It just doesn't work here anymore.
