While it's always nice to see Elmer promote and give interviews....I found this one to be the worst we seen! Absolutely a wasted opportunity. The video headline alone was not catchy...used Elmer's name. This interview was him briefly discussing all assets vaguely. This interview did nothing to help shareholder longs with big positions...in his last minute he did say they will try to align value to share price....only good thing we heard.

The interviewer did not even ask about monetization which he did in every other interview! Strange? Elmer must have said don't ask about that....he's tired of deflecting it.

The last INN talk was better...."developing an asset and monetizing at the right time".
