You're welcome.  I try to the best of my knowledge.

I'm sure Teck could easily figure this out, but for the best interest of shareholders, assuming Teck does not agree with our valuation and passes on ROFO (they passed for Galore), would Copper Fox need a revised PEA to back-up the number and shop around?

Would some shareholders debate the valuation because there's no official document available?

Knowing how conservative Copper Fox has been, would they risk not having it?
