Does anyone happen to know if drilling has started at SC?

The snow pack in that area as of June 1st is at 289%. Which means if it heats up there is going to be a lot of water flowing. I am not sure if this could interupt the SC camp and work site. Hopefully not. Nice if they get the drilling done pronto (foolish dream I know) and beat the summer heat.
