I get this info from the BC Gov River forecast center. It doesn't link well. but below is the list of areas and their percentage of remaining snow as of June 1st. Third line from the bottom shows Stikine at 289%.

I don't know if high water flow will affect SC but Teck doesn't need much to delay another year.
