Yes but the hit on copper price should be temporary. 

Even if demand dips, the electrication of vehicles and just simply USA needing to upgrade their power grid and emerging markets including China needing to expand further development in their rural areas.  Copper will still be needed and the main issue is supply.  There isn't enough supply to satisfy the demand.
