This doesn't make sense to me!

It's a 10 year partnership to date....plus the many years prior to the joint venture when Teck consulted on the SC project during the pfs & Feasibility era with copper Fox....and in all these years, Teck still isn't comfortable or confident to take us out? Zero logic here!

So what could be the reasons for this long partnership?

1) Our asking price is too high for them at this current state of affairs

2) Copper Fox and Teck have zero interest in a takeover deal during the last decade (doubtful)

3) Teck slow playing us and has no interest to produce SC near term (2-5 years)
