Why am I somewhat irritated with management saying that Teck never spent as much as this year on SC?  

Reality is that last years program was not completed as planned and they are maybe simply catching up at best?

Also, the PEA called for a $20M PFS.  Now Teck is spending 30% of that and still not calling it a PFS?  Why?  From the PEA, the PFS work seems pretty aligned with what they are doing now!
