US $500 M is less than half what our 25% of SC is worth, imo.  I fear that your Ask is buckling to a decade of starvation.   We might as well wait for the upswing in the next commodity cycle as this stage.  

I see that Teck is moving San Nicholas forward with partner Agnico Eagle for a 2026 production target.  Good!  Our relative chances of being the next sanctioned project just went up...
