YM, 

It's hard to put a value on the exploration potential.  In my opinion, whatever get's mined in 30+ years does not have a big value today.  That portion could probably translate in Copper Fox getting a royalty for anything that gets mined outside of the Paramount zone or something like that.

QB2 and SN also have additional potential and that's included in the amount paid.

IMO.
