There was a small special dividend following the JV formation and $20M signing bonus.  Then Ernesto couldn't wait a single minute to pull that money out of the company.   I guesss he knew that nothing was going to happen for years.  

Could someone attending the AGM ask Ernesto directly:  "What were you snorting at the last AGM when you decided to claim that "Teck is moving very fast now"?"

Also ask him:  "More favorable tax rates are applied to Holding Companies vs Operating Companies so why don't you acknowledge that there has been no real operating activity at Copper Fox for years, much less real value creation, much less monetization, and just switch your corporate tax status to 'Holding Company'?

Also ask him:  "You have bought CUU shares in the market up to $1.40 when the company had no more than a single unproven deposit in a single project.  Your managment claims that the company's value is vastly greater now, so why do you refuse to take advantage of such vast value by acquiring decimated CUU shares at pennies on the dollar?"
