I feel they want Teck to act first than us using the rofo.

 

I do feel Teck is a step closer to acting with San Nicolas out of the picture.

 

Once QB2 is in production, SN sold (partial), and what to do with Zafranal.


Teck needs to use their tax credits and it seems like Galore or SC will help.
