IMO todays AGM was one of the best, if not thee best.  The hot seat was great and was the first time one of my questions got asked.  It seemed everyones questions got answered and there wasnt the typical filter being used by the moderator/leadership team on which ones they wanted to take or not.  Its very apparent (if it wasnt so obvious before) that the minority shareholders are super frustrated, and are looking for any sort of guidance.  I like that he admitted to a where we stand with Teck, what they are looking for to be completed (hopefully) before they even pull the ROFO, and also even admited that they havent even ever tried to sell one of their projects yet...Which imo shows that the company modo of buy, resource up and sell is a total sham.  However I think this was a good AGM compared to ones in the past...
