Be Thankfull that we all are in thiis MONSTER CUU... we only consider $700 million as a PARTIAL like 25%-buy out or really much more if we also include all 3 locations or AZ plus BC 2. 

Anyway Happy Canadian Thanksgiving to all in CUU annd Lurk us and don't understand  how valuale our defined resource is.....
