Would it not be a good idea for Elmer to seek offers and publicize them regardless of Ernesto's opinion? He can always vote no. 

Having this grind on, at such a snails pace, because someone thinks fair value has not been reached is not right.

Investors would show more interest if we had a 80 cent offer(example) even if it is turned down. What has been done in the past is keeping us pitiful low.
