I found this interview with Elmer.

Just wow! This was when copper was priced around 2ish dollars a pound!

He talked about doing a VD pfs but 6 years later such report does not exist :/

He talked about monetizing assets...again a public record of him stating such....still hadn't been achieved yet. 

This must be some kind of a record of a penny stock CEO lasting this long (13 plus years) with a company on the venture!
