My guess is that Teck's new CEO is making his mark here with these movements....which just might be "fast" if they have their $1B Nov 1st and then use it for copper portfolio. A Galore/Schaft mega project will have Galore's $/lb much improved by Schaft's optimized and already low $/lb in a combined average $/lb.
