So they developed a program in early July...which was already late....a program that isn't even exciting or adds value (phase 1 well monitoring which I thought was done last year), to announce today they haven't even started, yet we are several months in and towards the end of 2022! Yet they say sometime in December it will start and will take 4 months to complete. What have they done all year? 
Clearly more delays and time wasting. No meaningful project advancement or serious money being spent. VD on a small budget dragging on until SC sale maybe?
