I wonder how much further ahead we would be if the government was on our side. If the leaders are worried about our security, they may want to consider having Teck removed from this project and replaced by a team that knows how to get the job done. Having China and Russia want to break the USA dominance may move this project along a little faster. Of course: that will depend on our governments actions.
