Hi Everyone:

I wanted to say hello and wish everyone a very happy holiday season to you and your families. I've been a member here since Nov, 2011 and was a shareholder before that. I've seen so many of us come and go -- many members, like yourselves, who have offered important contributions over the years. Thank you very much!

I can take some comfort in more than one discussion with Elmer where I reminded him that he is older than me and will be retiring before I do. Let's hope that 2023 will be a deal year.
