Yes YM it has not gone unnoticed. Only thing I can think of is that Elmer doesn't want any flack from the minority shareholders for not doing something to raise the sp. EE doesn't care about the sp. He's waiting for "fair value" and then he will sell some or all,of CF. That's a fine strategy if you are a billionaire or getting $300,000 a year to sit on your hands, pick up rocks from a desert mountain, sign your name to news releases that drive down the sp or do insipid video promos to hone your tik tok skills.
