Perhaps we just ask too much for VD. I see Freeport-McMoran are using different ways to leach more copper out of their waste pile. Along with watching interviews from that company about wanting to obtain more copper deposits, I would think they already looked us over. When copper reaches $9-$10 dollars a pound most companies would probably want, already mined, product to sell not so much to be buying expensive deposits.
