Its fairly easy to negociate a sale today with options for the future and get fair value for an asset in time.

$500M US today + 2% NSR starting day one of production for everything related to SC, including all the Liard shares we own privately.

This would give us $500M US today and possibly another $500M US in value the closer Teck gets this to production.
