Revised PEA for sure if using ROFO.  I do not believe management would want to use ROFO unless they feel like they need to.  It's better for Teck to act first than using ROFO. So far looking at all the projects in project satellite, Teck will act on SC sooner or later as they've tidy up all the other projects already. 

 

I think we're going to hear something about Zafranal soon I hope.
