Think higher!

800M U.S should be the absolute minimum considering where copper and gold is today! And only going higher as copper hits over $5 near term and $6 to 10 dollars longer term.

500-600M would be okay if we used 3.25 copper, not $4 copper though as consensus. That's why Elmer is waiting....I hope for the higher values. I didn't wait 15 years for 500m buyout.

1.2 billion buyout shouldn't be out of the question either considering the JV clauses and district potential of the land producing for the next 200 years! Safe area....and the free cost to production (unheard of in mining industry)!
