However, that valuation is possibly 10 years away.  I prefer $500M - 600M US today, invest my dividend elsewhere and surf with free shares while CF advances the other properties.

I can see SC move from $824M US to around $2B US to $2.4B US with the current metal prices and improvements.

Lets see what the next months will bring and see if $800M US is at reach.
