The lack of transparency/accountability is the biggest issue. Why shouldn't the minority shareholders know EE's price for SC? If it's out of sight we need to know that to make an informed decision on selling or holding. If ES was forthright and said their strategy is to wait until x value is achieved we wouldn't have any real basis to complain. EE has seen all the reports but we haven't and are kept in the dark like mushrooms. Is there some regulatory reason he can't reveal the numbers? He likes to say his actions have added value for the shareholders but that's pure nonsense. Teck has paid for everything, at their pace, decided on the yearly expenditures and withheld material information from the minority shareholders. ES can say that all plans are determined jointly but that's also bs.

Teck tells CF their plans and gets them to sign off of it.CF has no input on it other than perhaps in a meaningless way. The lack of hard deadlines put us behind a giant 8 ball. ES said that really had little choice in those negotiations which underscores my comments. JMHO.
