We can agree to disagree on these points.

BTW would all the management fans please stop patting themselves on the back for developing SC. Everything done there since the bs bfs has been done by Teck. CF may have been invited to the jv meetings but don't suggest CF directed the development. As they weren't paying for anything I doubt Teck changed any of their plans to accommodate them other than in a minor way.

All the other reasons you mentioned are also subject to criticism. The other properties are not seen by anyone else as significant otherwise our sp wouldn't be close to rock bottom. Their acquisition cost and "development"  has resulted in pp that have signicantly eroded shareholder value. Our major shareholder has a stranglehold on the company's progress. He knows what price will result in a sale but can't or won't share it with the minority. A significant number of us bought the stock on the rosy numbers before the jv with Teck on the basis that a sale would be "soon". Selling an asset was SC's mantra for years and now there is nothing to indicate any kind of a sale is within reach.

unfortunately I am not a billionaire or a CEO with a fat salary that can wait indefinitely for the final result. Have a good day Elmer.
