Exactly that.  They had 40 mil cash and their market cap was about the same.  At the time lvn was about 21 cents, as was cuu, that's when I swapped some cuu for lvn.  

From there, sci vac and spin-off to DSV, I think the ceo past away too.  Taj took over, did great, DSV went up to 2.75 at one point, sat around $2 till it sank with everything last year.  Tony took over after the PEA last year and here we are today PFS complete and FS underway, 50 mil cash and backed by Eric Sprott!
