I could be wrong but I think that tired_digger was insinuating that "Just because someone has negative opinions on some aspects of the situation it doesn't make them a basher". Tired_digger iirc was accused of being a basher because of some negative views. They seemed like well-founded views to me so not bashing imo.
IMO, the definition of bashing should be contained to "unfounded or unrealisticly" negative narratives. Although I have very positive things to say about certain aspects of this investment (ie underlying value) I also have very negative things to say about other aspects (ie mgmt) . I neither see myself as a pumper or basher because I make an effort to support both narratives with historical facts or sound reasoning. Let's not label someone a basher simply because they expressed a negative sentiment especially about a pretty obvious issue, or a reasonable effort was made to support and justify the view. My 2 cents.
