ES told us at the AGM that these steps were needed for EE to be satisfied he was getting fair value for his 25%. I think we were all hoping that the process would be expedited culminating in a sale by the third quarter of this year. If the company can get the sp up to reasonable levels I.e. above .50 it will ease the pain of waiting.
