Sorry to see you go, Campbe11.
Your words, they are harsh. They are a condemnation.
But they're based on your experience over many years and you, like many of us, are tired of all the crap.
There's been occasional talk of lawsuits here lately. I don't see any success going that route. You can't successfully sue based on incompetence in the stock market.
I remember reading a lot of posts over the past decade-plus about how accessible Elmer was. Almost always at the office. Almost always taking phone calls from investors. Easy to talk to. I thought that meant something. I guess it just meant he's a good talker.
Nothing he's said has resulted in any gain to long-term shareholders, and that is the bottom line.
I believe you are right in the sense that there is real value in the CUU properties, Schaft Creek in particular. But this management group CANNOT derive that value in a reasonable period of time. That's factual. That's proven.
And I don't know if any of those CUU directors would care one lick if the entire lot of us sold and moved on.
That's why I keep coming here because there is a brotherhood among us downtrodden Copper Fox shareholders. Of course, a brotherhood is all well and fine, but it doesn't carry you into a comfortable retirement.
Anyway, Campbe11, hate to see you go. All the best to you and yours.
