If Elmer could at least coach out an offer for VD. One of the management said that they have recieved interest in that site. I would think Elmer could convince someone to put a figure on what is willing to be paid for such a deposit.

Mr Stewart had no problem speaking to roadshow crowds when money was needed (pre-Teck) to prove up the SC.

We are so far in the dark when it comes to hearing what outside interest there is in CF
