Agreed with you and JJ. Dilution at this time would be a stab in the back to the lo the shareholders. However no money means VD remains a bunch of dry holes and  essentially worthless. Maybe this is some kind of scheme and ES is a mastermind of manipulation to retain his bloated and unjustified salary for another decade.
