JJ, I get the whole risk, okay. I did my homework but the thing is I was lied to because the SCJV is NOT in the spirit of the Salazar Agreement as they gave away the only protection we had in that agreement, and then to rub salt in our wound we were then taken advantage of with dilution to our stake when this pathetic and investor-demoralizing mgmt hogged out at the PP trough at prices depressed by their own abysmal performance.  JMHO
