Elmer wears many hats and 300K per year is not crazy in my opinion.

Don't think we would be better off with a 150K CEO + 150K geologist...

And for the Salazar agreement, I much prefer the new JV.

I would agree with that if we weren't essentially stalled for more than a decade and left holding shares that are only a fraction of what they ought to be. But after all this time passing by, being told that Teck is moving quickly, facing delays at almost every turn and to be sitting at 21 cents in March 2023. Yeah, I most definitely begrudge the man 300K per year!
