Basically that's the game plan. Teck is driving the SC boat. CUU input is essentially meaningless given that Teck is paying for what they believe is required to eventually bring the mine into production.

No meaningful activity in Arizona the last few years. Whatever has happened could be conceived and executed within a few weeks.

CUU could open its doors a few months of the year and accomplish the same thing. Maybe ES should be paid by the hour to save a few bucks.
