I think that is the problem. We never know if we are closer to there.

We never know if we are near the end of a 14  year project or in the middle of a 25 year project.

Yes Elmer is a good salesman. His roadshow is why I got on board but everything he said that was going to happen, didn't happen. But then the expectation of something happening "soon" was always floating by. I never know to bail or if there is negotiating going on.  I thought for sure that positive drill results would bring us more attention but our share price says not. Is Teck going to buy us out or are they waiting for me to give up?:(
