But that's my point. If they really want to streamline things....then perhaps they don't need 2 full years at monthly collections....

I might accept many more years of data, albeit at reduced frequency, to provide the same baseline information I need to establish prior conditions before the mine is built.

The "streamlined" permitting we are hearing about therefore refers to cutting red tape....which, don't get me wrong, is good.
