I agree with you YM.  It's strange CF releases this news over a month after this happened.  perhaps a company should formally communicate this in this way if a major change is going to take place that will have an impact on current shareholders?  Like possibly a restructuring of the organization (which Sibiu was talking about), or a share dilution or an asset sale?  I don't know either, but the news release surprises me too. But perhaps it means nothing and it's just some form of promotion?
