Elmer stated these properties were "drill ready" back in 2021! 

Plans abruptly changed.

Clearly this allows Elmer to work on projects while Teck decides SC and our fate!

No meaningful value will come from these early staged assets! But allows Elmer "to keep busy". We are literally several years from serious interest in MM/SB....and over 10 years from real value realization. I won't stick around from that.

The real value comes from selling SC & VD
